Cooking session in your kitchen will last 3 hours circa – 3 dishes per session – it is possible to combine different dishes from different menus – all dishes can be frozen – No food delivery

- Pesto alla Genovese – Genovese pasta sauce
- Lasagna al ragù – Lasagna with meat ragu
- Carciofi alla Romana – Artichokes Roman style
Menu B
- Zuppa Toscana con fagioli/ceci – Tuscan soup with beans or chickpeas
- Arrosto al vino (pork, beef or veal) Roast with wine
- Cime di rapa ripassate – Broccoli Roman style

- Pasta al forno alla Erice – Pasta in the oven Erice style (tomatoes, eggplants, olives, ricotta )
- Torta di zucca e zenzero – Pumpkin Tarte with saffron
- Puntarelle alla romana (when in season) – Puntarelle (kind of salad with garlic, anchovies and olive oil)

- Gnocchi alla Romana – Roman dumpling with Parmisan
- Flan di spinaci – Spinach flan
- Zucchine ripiene – filled zucchine

- Pasta e ceci – pasta with chickpeas and provola cheese
- Polpette al sugo – meatballs with tomato sauce
- Souffle’ di patate – potatoes soufflè

- Cannelloni ai 4 formaggi – 4 cheeses cannelloni
- Pollo alla cacciatora – chicken cacciatora style
- Broccoli in besciamelle – broccoli with besciamelle
