Cooking session in your kitchen will last 3 hours circa – 3 dishes per session – it is possible to combine different dishes from different menus – all dishes can be frozen – No food delivery

  1. Pesto alla Genovese – Genovese pasta sauce
  2. Lasagna al ragù – Lasagna with meat ragu
  3. Carciofi alla Romana – Artichokes Roman style
  1. Zuppa Toscana con fagioli/ceci – Tuscan soup with beans or chickpeas
  2. Arrosto al vino  (pork, beef or veal) Roast with wine
  3. Cime di rapa ripassate – Broccoli Roman style
  1. Pasta al forno alla Erice – Pasta in the oven Erice style (tomatoes, eggplants, olives, ricotta )
  2. Torta di zucca e zenzero – Pumpkin Tarte with saffron
  3. Puntarelle alla romana (when in season)  – Puntarelle (kind of salad with garlic, anchovies and olive oil)
  1. Gnocchi alla Romana – Roman dumpling with Parmisan
  2.  Flan di spinaci – Spinach flan
  3.  Zucchine ripiene  – filled zucchine
  1. Pasta e ceci – pasta with chickpeas and provola cheese
  2. Polpette al sugo – meatballs with tomato sauce
  3. Souffle’ di patate – potatoes soufflè
  1. Cannelloni ai 4 formaggi – 4 cheeses cannelloni
  2. Pollo alla cacciatora – chicken cacciatora style
  3. Broccoli in besciamelle – broccoli with besciamelle
  • Torta Sacher (chocolate Austrian style tarte)  
  • Torta della Torre (with savoiardi, mascarpone and chestnut jam)
  • Crostata (with lemon marmelade)
  • Praline di cioccolata (chocolate balls)
  • Strudel di mele (apple strudel)
